So here is my recommendation to anyone having trouble locating bonds or foreign stock using a CUSIP. Call again and try it one more time. If you are still having trouble, you could contact an international bond broker by the name of Richard Panchookian. You can contact him on (800) 432 0000. He’s based out of Orlando, Florida. (Richard also deals in foreign stocks and practically any equity you can think of.)
