Value manager Smead: ‘This is one of the most overvalued markets in U.S. history

Many investors are feeling uneasy right now – the market has fallen from recent highs, inflation is eating away are earnings and raising household costs, and the fighting in the Middle East is quickly driving up the price of oil. But in a recent appearance on the @Money LifeShow with Chuck Jafee, International Assets Advisory CEO Ed Cofrancesco said investors should keep investing. Why? Because long-term investing is a marathon, not a sprint.

Inflation is a genuine concern, and Ed has watched the economy long enough to know that a recession is improbable but not possible. Nonetheless, market fundamentals are stronger than many people think.
